Ryan really took the time to go over my goals with me, and help me set a food guideline and an exercise/weightlifting plan to hit those goals. He keeps records of each training session, so not only can I see the (awesome) difference in my body, I can see the strides in weights, form, and reps too. Plus he uses different options to work my targeted muscle groups so I never get bored! Highly recommend!"
